If at first, or second, or third, or fourth, or fifth grand jury you don't succeed, try, try, a sixth grand jury

Yeah, Ronnie Earle is a non-partisan district attorney just doing his job. Brow-beating and dismissing juries until he gets an indictment. The irony is that Republicans have a rule for the leadership to step down if indicted, which DeLay did, but the Democrats have no such rule.
