Vanilla and Chocolate

From a Washington Post story:

New Orleans Mayor C. Ray Nagin has suggested that the slow recovery and rebuilding of New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina -- which has prevented many black former residents from returning -- is part of a plan to change the racial makeup and political leadership of his and other cities.

I suggest that the cities who absorbed your crime ridden "peoples" would be very happy to send them back to your "chocolate city" as you infamously put it. There is no sinister plot.

Besides, a little whipped cream with chocolate tastes better anyway.
